The branch came from the tree that is on our yard, just in front of the kitchen. It seems that the wind has knocked it out of place and it fell on our kitchen window. I immediately called my mom and the two of us picked the broken glasses that were scattered on the floor. My mom installed hurricane protection on the windows after that incident and that incident has never happened again. It is sad, but people only realize what they need to do only “after” it has happened.

I told my dad about it and he said that replacing the dead tree with a new one is a good idea. I gave him the number of the company and he handled all the negotiations. They arrived after a few days and removed the dead tree from our backyard. They also installed a new tree to take its place and my dad can’t be any happier. We thanked them for what they did for us and we promised that we will take good care of the new tree that they had planted for us.

I got want I wanted. My kitchen is lighted by three wide windows. Counters are topped by a single piece of black marble that goes with the stainless steel motif of the cabinets.
