I was so excited to learn that my boss was finally going to be putting some money into our company website. He signed up for a one way link building campaign with a really great well known company. I actually sent him their information and suggested that he just look into their great 3 way link exchange program and see how it works.

I received an email back from him about four days later and he told me that he had in fact read up on one way link building and could see how we would benefit from something like that. He had checked out the company that I suggested for their 3 way link exchange and decided to hire them on a trial basis, to see how it went.
