Pink For Life

The last time that I replaced a door on a house I owned, was when I lived out in California about thirty years ago. I had taken off the old wooden doors and had them replaced with wrought iron doors. About two months after having those doors installed, I had the same company come through and put up wrought iron gates as well. It just made the whole look seem more uniform.

I sold that house about ten years later and moved to the south to be closer to my family. I really loved that house and I had put so much money and time into making it my own that I hated to leave it. I have often thought about having wrought iron doors and wrought iron gates put on my current home, but my husband does not want to spend the money, or take the time to install them.

I am going to work on him a little bit more, especially since I recently found a company in town that sells the most beautiful wrought iron doors and gates. I knew that I would never be allowed to buy the set that I really wanted, so I picked out some that were not the most expensive, but yet not the cheapest either.
