The New Vinyl Windows Were Installed
The new home we bought last week was in serious need of window replacement throughout the whole thing. We had been smart enough to get estimates prior to putting in our bid and then we asked the sellers to pay for half of the cost of the window replacement.
The estimate covered the cost of the new vinyl windows that would be put into most of the house, except for the garden windows that would be put in the kitchen that overlooks the patio and pool area. I thought that the garden windows would give it a nice touch in the back.
The day of the closing we paid the window company the entire amount that had been estimated prior. They were to have everything done before we took possession, which would give them about seventy two hours. I knew that it was not a lot of time, but they are the ones who told us when we chose the new vinyl windows and the new garden windows that our installation would only take a couple of days.
The day we got the keys to our new house, was so memorable. I can still recall how I felt when we pulled up and saw that the company who put in the vinyl and garden windows had finished the job like they said that they would.
